SHIPPING INFORMATION AND POLICY

Shipping information:

At La Perfumaría, we strive to offer the best products at the best prices, including affordable shipping options. Our shipping options range between R49 and R110. You will receive your package either through Courier Guy/PUDO (directly to your door or from a locker) or PostNet (for collection at your nearest PostNet location).

For most areas, Courier Guy will deliver directly to you or to a nearby locker (we will confirm the locker with you before dispatch). However, in areas flagged as “high-risk” by Courier Guy, or areas where it does not operate, shipping fees can be slightly higher. To keep your costs low, we’ll default to PostNet for these locations, so you can still collect your order conveniently at a nearby PostNet. Information regarding the mode of shipment will be determined following an order and this will be communicated to you by email.

Additionally, we offer the option for free collection at a designated collection spot in Sandton. Once your order is processed and paid, we will share the address with you, so you can pick up your package directly.

We want to ensure you receive your products without any surprise charges, and this is the most efficient way we’ve found to balance convenience and cost. Thanks for your understanding, and we’re here to make your shopping experience smooth and affordable!

Shipping Policy:

  1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
  2. Shipping Methods: We currently offer 4 shipping options, i.e., locker to locker (R49), locker to door (R69), express or PostNet (R110) and collection (free). Select your preferred option at checkout.
  3. Delivery Time: Express shipping takes 1-2 days, while the other shipping options can take between 2-5 business days, depending on the location. Please note that this time is an estimate and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
  4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Orders over R1000 enjoy free shipping.
  5. Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
  6. International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our shipping options and will provide updates when available.
  7. Order Issues: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt. Provide clear images or videos of the issue, and we will assist with a replacement or resolution.
  8. Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. La Perfumaría is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  9. Shipping Carrier: We use reputable carriers to deliver your orders. While we are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the carrier once the package is in transit, we will provide assistance in solving the matter. 
  10. Returns Due to Failed Deliveries: If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
