RETURN POLICY

  1. Introduction

At La Perfumaría, we are committed to providing high-quality perfume oils and exceptional customer service. If you receive a damaged product, we are here to help resolve the issue. Please review our returns policy below for details on how to return items and the conditions under which returns are accepted.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

2.1 Damaged Items

  • Evidence Required: We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged. To be eligible for a return, you must provide evidence of the damage upon arrival. This includes clear photographs or videos of the damaged product and packaging, as well as a description of the issue.
  • Notification Period: You must notify us of any damage within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please contact our customer service team with your order number, photos, and a description of the damage.

2.2 Opened Packages

  • Non-Returnable: Due to the nature of our products, once a package is opened, it is not eligible for return. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or partially used.

3.1 Requesting a Return

  • Contact Us: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at +27 717 100 723, by email at laperfumaria.official@gmail.com, or through our contact form on our website, laperfumariaofficial.co.za. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a brief description of the issue.

3.2 Return Authorization

  • Approval: Once we receive your return request and evidence, we will review the information and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged item.
  • Shipping Costs: We will cover the cost of return shipping for damaged items and arrange collection.  

3.3 Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds: If a return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Replacements: Alternatively, we may offer a replacement product if preferred. Please indicate your preference when contacting us.
  1. Exclusions

4.1 Non-Damaged Items

  • No Returns: We do not accept returns for items that are not damaged. If you change your mind about your purchase upon delivery, we will accept a return only if the product is unopened. Please note that in this case, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item from your location to ours. Please choose carefully when placing your order, as our products are clearly described to ensure you know exactly what you are purchasing.

4.2 Expired Returns

  • Return Period: Returns will only be accepted if requested within 24 hours for damaged products and within 5 days for incorrect products. Requests made after these timeframes will not be accepted, even if the product is damaged.

4.3 Sale products

  • Return Period: Please note that we do not accept returns on sale items. All sales are final for discounted products unless a customer has received an incorrect or faulty product.
